The Math of Stories Tasks

Learner Task:

1) Choose a story that means something to you - possibly a legend, fairy tale, novel, film or comic book.  It could be from when you were younger or something you got into last week.

2)  Explore your story with at least one of the Math of Stories activities.

3) Using your textbook or other learning resource, find a practice word problem question that could involve your story.  Rework that question to include elements from the story.  Develop a solution to your problem.  Use the Willow Park Problem Solving Toolkit to help you with showing a full solution.

4) Create a visual that shares your Math of Stories exploration and example problem.
